Those look very good. Olympus can't seem to make a bad lens. I'm thinking I should try out one of those little P&S cameras on one of my trips to Juarez. There are great photo ops everywhere, but the place is so chaotic that I never get my bearings to start taking pictures before I run out of energy.

Do you already have one, Mike?
I should add, these are direct-from-scan. I resized for web, put a border on em, otherwise unmolested.

Craig, you must get that tombstone with the two hands (Number 6 from top down, Mullins) and do a close up of the hands when the sun is at the correct angle. Get a tripod.
Those Oly lenses always do the job, don't they?

Yes, the lenses are great, but I also appreciate the metering. Obvious that this was peak sunlight, around 1400hrs, and the metering is pretty good for the contrasty scenes.

I had the little 360DL (I think) digital; it is what got me back into photography a few years ago. I gave it to my daughter, but it turned out not to work with XP.

I knew there was one Stylus working, but after I put the new battery in I couldn't get it to fire. Actaully I like the XAs better, one of those also worked a couple of years ago, I got some really fine pictures with it. At least we can give these old cameras another chance to live

I thought you sent me two of each... wife is checking my glovebox now to see if that's where I left #2.
I picked up a fresh battery tonight, one for my mju and one for Stylus #1. That Stylus bolted to life, flash firing and all. Also picked up two LR44's for the XAs. The XA seems to working flawlessly, though will need new foam. The XA2 is also firing and appears to be metering, but the aperture is not working, ie it appears to be stuck wide open.
Ok wife found Stylus #2, the one I shot the images above with... it definitely has a toasted flash. You have to turn the flash off or it won't fire at all due to the flash being bad. No big deal, the flash on these things suck pretty badly, and most people turn them off.
So, yeh, Ron, you did me better than right, bud. You set me up nicely. I can't thank you enough. Feel like a thief getting away like that for $15 in shipping. Still drooling over that Flash Bantam, and I have the materials now to do something with it. Just need time. It's good to have an XA in my hands once more, as I missed mine bigtime once I sold it to George. I hate the little RF spot on it, but that lens is very nice.

Well Craig, what goes around, comes around. ----Enjoy The only one I had any real money into was the XA, and I used the dickens out of it so it didn't owe me nothing. I think maybe the shaking they took in my motorcycle fairing took its toll on a couple of them.
