......... mmmmm, yes. provided you had a proper diagnosis, consider yourself lucky to be living in sXXI and having venlafaxine which is one of the best we have. nothing happens if you don't take it for two to four days. i prescribe it rather frequently and do trust it, i've had consistent good results. still to have my own point on duloxetine, but i'm quite confident on venlafaxine: when introduced, 37.5 mg was considered enough, but current praxis is around 75 to 150 mg, and i've went over 200 ... quite safe, not as how it was said when introduced 'round 1995.
