I keep getting a message that says I have been timed out & that I should retry my post. I retry and no luck. Continually. Happens in all the forums. Even here while trying to post this message. Seems like I have to log out and then log back in to get everything to work again.

Folks, I was alerted by my host admin to an issue of DOS (Denial Of Service) attacks against the server that houses my domain and others. They're on top of it, will resolve it, but this is the likely source of any time-outs you might be experiencing.

Seems to work if I do "preview" first and then "post". Might be some sort of browser (Safari 4, recent upgrade) conflict?

Now it won't let me edit my messages or quote other messages. Says I have to log out and log back in. Bah!  angry

I'm using Firefox 3.0.13 and if you are seeing this, it has worked for me.  Could be the Safari upgrade as you say.

EDIT: and this is an edit of same....

Yeah, now I am using Firefox and it seems to be working. What's up with that? How do we get this back to being Safari friendly?

Jorn, I'll look into it, but I can't promise I'll find a solution or even find one quickly. I got a lot on my plate at the moment.
